Razer Blade 2018 Camera Stopped Working

Hi, I received this unit with a fresh install of Windows last December and the camera had been working fine up until last week. I tried to join a video conference call but the camera wouldn't load up, though the mic was working fine. The Windows camera app can't detect the camera, nor can it be found in the device manager. I'd rebooted a few times but that didn't change anything. Is this a hardware issue, or a driver one?

    Since the camera doesn't appear in the Device Manager, I am inclined to say that this is a hardware issue. Before we go the RMA route, let's first rule out a couple of things. Please PM me the serial number of your laptop so we can try BIOS and EC updates.
