Razer Blade 2021 Base - I2C HID

Purchased a Razer Blade 15 base model (2021) and over the weekend the the touchpad just stopped working with an update. I've tried removing recent windows updates and reinstalling them. Removing, disabling, updating the drivers in device manager (Mouse and Touchpad) and restarting. The issue persists and I can't seem to fix it. I don't want to return this laptop tomorrow when my two weeks are up but this is a really expensive paper weight as is right now. TLDR: Tried the usual suspects, everything up to date, still broken. For searchability: Razer Blade 2021 Base I2C HID - Error code 10 - A request for the HID descriptor failed. Placement: Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controller - 06E8

    New Windows update this morning without mention of touchpad/mouse updates and the mousepad works again.

    Computer just updated today and the exact same error is back! Mousepad is not working again!!

    It has been 8 days now and no response am i actually going to have to submit a warranty claim for a driver issue???
