Hi all, I am a new razer fan and I finally received my razer blade 2022, UHD configuration. It is beautiful! Feel free to like my post :D The only remark is that I experienced two BSOD (ID 41, Task 63, kernel power) this afternoon when browsing the internet on battery power. I had around 30% battery and in 10 minutes i had two BSOD that I do not understand. I updated windows, and the Nvidia drivers and that's it. Is there a setting that I need to check to prevent problems when i am on battery mode? Should I send the laptop back? Thank you.

Update: The BSOD occurs only when I am using the laptop with the battery.

You can download BlueScreenView app and check which module exactly causing BSOD (you can post a screenshot here). It might be GPU drivers. I'd recommend using DDU tool to remove all GPU drivers (in safe mode), then install the newest ones from Intel/Nvidia.

I used BlueScreenView but unfortunately there is no dumb file created. I did not try yet to clean the GPU drivers.

I see. Thanks for the heads up. By the way, I replied to your PM. Let's continue our discussion there. *Locking this thread for now. I will update once a resolution has been provided.
