Razer Blade Advanced 15" (2018) webcam disappeared!

As the title says, the computer just doesn't think there is a webcam anymore. Looking in Device Manager, it's just not even there. Has anyone else seen this before? So far I've tried turning it off and then back on again... and reinstalling my drivers from the support page. Obviously it hasn't helped.

    Ya know, while web cam doesn't show up in Device Manager, there is an error about a USB device: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
