Razer Blade Advanced 2019 - Graphical glitch on my screen - hardware or software?

I am getting kind of worried (as I am deployed overseas with this laptop). I love everything about this laptop but for the last month, I have been getting random screens that I have to reboot to clear although sometimes I am able to close the lid and reopen it and it will go away. I did upgrade to a 2tb NVME SSD in January but I dont see a hard drive upgrade as the issue. Basically, it just randomly appears while I am in Windows 10. Should I try removing the Intel UHD 630 from device manager (drivers) and letting windows re-install it or is this something more sinister?
