Razer blade advanced 2019 mic and camera not working

For 6 months, the camera and the mic of my Razer blade advanced stop working. I almost try everything I found on internet, but nothing working. For information: - the mic is recognize in Device Manager but not the camera - the camera is not recognized on the Device Manager - the mic and camera aren't working on Linux - I try to completely reinstall Windows, and it was not working.

    Were you able to try the steps in this article for fixing an undetected built-in camera? For the mic, you can follow the troubleshooting steps here. If the same issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the Systems Team so they can have a closer look at the mic and camera issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
