My right fan is not spinning. what do i do to replace it?

How long have you had the laptop? I highly recommend opening it to check if it fell out of place or is loose. You will also want to check if it's catching onto something. If you're uncomfortable doing all of that, I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf. PM me the serial number should you opt for the latter.
