Good day Razer insiders,
I am experiancing some issues probably firmware related or else. Everytime i reboot the computer, when i am on nvidia optimus settings, the refresh rate resets back to 60hz and i need to manually set it back to 240hz. If i want to be sure that the settings will stay the same, i need to select Nvidia GPU only in the nvidia control pannel.
I don't know if this is related but razer synapse wont let me select any refresh rates and says that i am sitting on a secondary monitor. Here is what i tried to far :
- Issue was on the stock windows installation, so i tried to reinstall windows 10 from scratch but that did not change anything.
- I also tried to uninstall synapse (+ delete the program data folder) but again no changes.
If anybody could tell me if they experience the same issue and if there is a fix, it would be very appreciated!
Thank you and have a great day

There are some bugs I noticed reading from other Consumers as a tech reviewer. While gaming in GPU mode on QHD 240 Hz panels and FHD 360HZ panels games will flicker. A temporary solution until support rolls out some solutions is GPU mode 60HZ no flickering.
