Razer Blade Dangerous Blue Screen
I currently use the Razer Blade 15 Base from 2018 with 1060max-q and the 256gb SSD with 5200rpm 2tb drive. I had this problem when I first got the laptop in may of 2019 and have not had the problem since, it is now the end of September 2019. In the last couple of days I have had an intermittent problem where my computer will blue screen and I have not had the chance to scan the error code but I have to force reboot each time and the computers windows diagnostic doesn't detect any issue other than random shutdown. This is where this gets dangerous, windows laptops dont always know when to turn off during a blue screen, even when the lid is closed. I had the laptop in my backpack and when I walked back to my dorm the computer's fans where screaming, and this isnt an exaggeration but I almost burned my hand when grabbing the laptop. I immediately restarted the computer manually cranked the fans up and turned the computer sideways while I had a desk fan on the highest setting pointing at the bottom chassis. I was extremely lucky that the computer did not fry up. I am now running super strict sleep modes until I do some testing, but I think I am going to use an old computer until I can trust my back wont catch on fire on the battery wont explode. Posting this to see if anyone has had similar blue screen with this model and what possible fixes are. Just FYI all my drivers, windows updates are all up to date and I only had chrome open during the crashes. I also dont have anything stored on the secondary drive so there should not be a chance that it is the problem. Thanks to anyone that takes the time to read this.
