Razer Blade fan speed issues

There is an issue plaguing older Blade owners that Razer has confirmed knowing about but refuses to do anything about it. I just want an honest answer from someone in the know; why does razer refuse to fix or even address the issue with maxed out fan speeds in older blade models? It is so bad in my machine that I cannot use it in any settings except for when I am by myself. It is simply too loud. And this is not an issue with it being under load, or being dirty, or any of the other common causes, this is an issue with either the machine or the software running it, and it has happened on way too many machines for this to be considered a fluke. The fans will not go below their max value speed, no matter what, even if I am just idle. At the very least, please tell us that youre just going to refuse to help the thousands of people out there who received bogus machines, because then we can at least warn the rest of the population out there never to get their hands on a Razer Blade machine.
