Razer Blade Flickering Screen and loss of Surround

After 2-3hours of work the screen starts flickering when the brightness is above 30%, if I need to charge it gets even worse and I end up with minimum brightness or unable to work. (Drivers are up to date, when I connect a monitor the flickering remains on the laptop screen.) Also after reinstalling Razer Synapse I lost the Surround standard option. Any ideas?
