Razer Blade only uses Internal GPU for external monitor (trying to enable G-SYNC)

I was trying to connect my Razer Blade (Razer Blade 14" (2022) | RZ09-0427x) to my Razer Raptor Monitor (Razer Raptor 27 QHD-165 Hz | RZ39-0350) so that I can enable G-SYNC and stop the screen tearing I have in my games. However I can’t seem to get the monitor to display in the Nvidia Control panel since it always uses the internal GPU (AMD Radeon) for it.

When I set the blade to only use the Dedicated GPU in Synapse, it uses the dedicated GPU for the laptop monitor, but uses the internal GPU for the monitor. Setting the system to Razer Optimus in Synapse will change both to the internal GPU graphics.

I have used both the HDMI 2.0 and USB-C Thunderbolt connectors to connect the monitor to the laptop but neither one allows the monitor to use the DGPU. Would using a display port cable make a difference for this? If so what adapter should I use to connect it to my Razer Blade?
