Razer Blade Performance Problem

I have a 2019 razer blade 17 that has a 9th gen i7-9750H and an RTX 2070 Max q. Whenever I turn on games like GTA, valorant, or overwatch. I never get FULL fps. For GTA, I turn every setting to low and I still can't get 60 fps. For Overwatch, I can't get 175 FPS and during the game it goes down to 90fps. For Valorant, It stays 120 fps and goes down to 90 fps. Btw for Fifa, The screen just lags as hell and my frames are so disable I can't even play the game. Personally I think the problem of this is my CPU because the H series can go to high temperature in a short amount of time. But it's been like my second year that I bought my laptop and every person i go to that fix laptops say that there is no problem when my fps is going so so down. Can anyone help me or tell me a solution?

    i also have the same issue. i don't understand how can such a good laptop be so low on fps for a game like valorant. I already am on the lowest settings and i get the same numbers as you.

    @minseo9014. Frame drops typically have something to do with the temperature of the laptop. Have you tried cleaning it recently? Isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. Let me know how it goes. @Loki2303. How do your temps look like? I'd appreciate it if you can send me a screen capture running Heaven benchmark with HWMonitor open. That way, I can get a better view of the temp spikes and performance dips. Send those to me via PM.
