Razer Blade Pro 17 2020 Screen not turning on unless power plugged in..

Has anyone had this issue, when my brand new 1 week old Blade Pro 17 is set to dedicated GPU only in Synapse the screen will not turn on unless the power cable is plugged in. The laptop is on but the screen is black, if I plug the cable in the screen turns on. If I set it back to Nvidia Optimus in Synapse the screen works without being plugged in to power. I have contacted support but so far the suggestions of creating a new power plan, removing ACPI Compliant drivers and updating the GPU and Intel drivers have not worked. Is this normal? Thanks so much

Just a follow up in case others have this issue. Solved by downgrading the Nvidia driver to 452.06, without Geforce experience installed. It's working I'm leaving it as is. Awesome!! This machine is awesome!
