Razer Blade Pro 17 trackpad not working

Hi, My Razer Blade 17 track pad is moving, and clickable links are high lighted when hovering over them, but nothin happens when trying to left or right click or tap. I purchased the machine 2 month ago and I dont think it is due to dust or debris under the pad. The keyboard is working fine, and with a mouse attached, there is no problem either. I have updated the system to the absolute latest WIndows 10 21H version, re-installed synapse and tried to update the drivers, but doesnt help.

    Was the OS clean installed at some point? In any case, please send me the serial number of the laptop. I can use that to look into possible BIOS or firmware-related solutions. For now, try to uninstall the trackpad drivers, then run Windows Updater to get fresh ones. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
