razer blade pro (2017) charger not working

When I turned my laptop on I noticed that the laptop wasn't charging, I tried to figure out what the problem was. I checked the power outlet, I restarted my computer and even unplugged my laptop and waited, and nothing worked. I don't know if this is a software or hardware issue but I believe that the charging brick could be the problem. Any help on how I can fix it?

    I will say that when I unplug everything separately, the power brick does smell a little burnt
