Razer Blade Pro (2017) - Failed BIOS update, now won't boot

I purchased a used Razer Blade Pro (2017) from a local seller yesterday. I saw the laptop running, came home, and decided to change the SSD configuration to RAID, then reinstalled Windows 10, and updated the drivers. After many reboots, i saw the BIOS was on version 2.0, so went to upgrade the BIOS. It ran thru the update, and then powered down, and did not come back on. I waited a while, when nothing happened i turned it back on. Now the laptop turns on, the fans spin up, LED's are on, and the power button flashes green, but there's nothing on the screen. Then after around 90 seconds the pc turns itself off, and then back on and goes thru the same routine. I've plugged in an external screen which made no difference, i've unplugged the battery & cmos battery, but the laptop continues to have the same problem. Any ideas ?

    Try charging it for at least an hour and check if it would turn back on. If it still won't turn on, you may directly proceed with a system restore:
    • Turn off the Blade and connect the Blade to a reliable power source.
    • Press the power button on the Blade and immediately begin to rapidly press the F9 function key at a rate of 1.5 times per second.
    • If you missed the moment where you can access System Recovery and the system boots into the Windows Operating System, Restart your computer and rapidly press the F9 function key again.
    • Once you have successfully logged into the recovery partition, you will be prompted with 2 options.
    • Select “Start Recovery” and the system will proceed with the recovery process
    • While the recovery process is in progress, do not under any circumstance turn the Blade off or unplug the Blade from its power source.
    • Once the recovery process is completed, the Blade should shut down on its own.
