Thank you so much Razer.SpeedCr0ss! I opened my case, explained a couple things and i got my 1.04 BIOS and was able to updaye to Windows 2004 AND updated my NVIDIA Drivers to the newest ones without a single problem!

I really appreciate the top notch customer service you have provided so far, just the sheer amount of updates and follow ups, is just fantastic!

So I'm still having one issue that existed before and still exist now, when on battery the screen still goes black if in dedicated gpu mode, the only way the screen comes on is if I then plug it in to power, so if I start w/o plugging it in running on battery in dedicated gpu mode the screen is black, if I run in optimus mode the screen comes on fine in battery mode but then its not gpu switching when I play overwatch, when I run 3dmark it gpu switches fine, I've tried selecting the nvidia gpu as my main gpu in nvidia control panel also

That's odd. By the way, thanks for updating this thread. Please reply to our PM. Let's continue from there.

I opened a case for this nearly two month ago and regardless of my arguments and information, including a link to this thread, all where completely ignored and only either reset the whole notebook or send it in for repair as provided options. With the recent new information about the fix with the new BIOS is asked to get a link, but no answer so far.

the same here. They ignored the link to this thread. It is a general problem und not specific to some model.
I hope i´ll get the bios too. so far i only was requested to provide a lot of information about my system.
I've received and installed BIOS 1.04 and could now update to Windows 10 2004 with dedicated GPU working as expected with the latest Nvidia drivers installed. Thanks for the support!

I got the 1.04 bios and everything is working now, don't know why this just can't be posted somewhere

Hey, contacted support yesterday and they asked me some information (SN, System info, etc) and they sent me the BIOS update as well. I'll not post the download link here cause there may be some different versions for different systems, but highly recommend you all to contact them! Problem solved!!!

Hope this reply from @LuizHBento helps. Feel free to send me a PM.
Here is my case number: (*Omitted)

Why can't you just post a link to the 1.04 bios...
Durzo
Thank you for posting that! I will open a case today then!

I also created a case today. there is unfortunatedly no official bios 1.04

No official 1.04 BIOS? That seems weird that Razer support would give an unofficial 1.04 BIOS link to people, doesnt it? I am so confused...lol

Everything is good! Download link was sent by elevated support. I downloaded the 1.04 Bios, and was able to manually install the July Nividia drivers without a hitch. Appreciate the help.

Are you able to post the link for the 1.04 bios? I think I need to do the same thing.

I created a case yesterday and the support agent seemed not to be aware of the situation. I pointed him towards the various threads around here. Case (*Omitted for security reasons)

Have a Blade Pro 17 2020 4k and also got into the situation that Windows 10 2004(which was offered by Windows Update) in combination with latest Nvidia Drivers caused dedicated GPU-only mode to stop working. Had to switch to Optimus mode in BIOS and reverted back to Windows 10 1909 for the time being.

Hey there! Thanks for initiating a case. I've updated it as well. Please allow the team to send you a follow-up email as soon as possible. They are doing their best to engage all escalated tickets knowing that they have a fix for this issue.
