Help! I'm desperate as I can't get my Razer Blade Pro to start and support isn't giving me a satisfied answer, I have no where to go but to a forum to escalate my situation!
Windows 10 has corrupted my system and I had my work technician request a recovery flash drive or DVD. For whatever reason, the technician said there are no more in stock?! So until then I can't even do my work as I work remotely! I am trying to find another support to help me. I'm willing to pay, but I thought that is what customer service is? is to help me?

I begged and offered to pay for the flash drive--the problem started as Windows 10 corrupted everything. Although the Razer tech if you read the case, send the link my technician says it won't solve the issue. We need this flash drive to recovery the laptop back to its factory settings. Until then, (been over a month)--I've had to travel to the office (I work remotely) to get my work done. I can't delay this any longer. Please help!!! I am begging!
