Purchased the Laptop in 2018 direct from razer



from the beginning I noticed the battery life wasn't particularly great



recently within the last month or so I noticed the chassis of the laptop expanding to the point where the laptop won't close flat



research leads me to believe this needs to be fixed immediately



what s the best way i should go about this?
