I recently got a new RBS 2019 and straight out of the box there was issues with the laptop from having terrible coil whine and terribly slow at the same time.
I sent the unit back immediately after receiving it over a week ago yet to receive any updates on getting a replacement.
After contacting support they tell me that they have yet to find a replacement unit.... so i asked well " will i still be eligible for full refund " and they tell me that because its been over 14 days that i wont be refunded....
I SENT THE UNIT BACK AS SOON AS I RECEIVED IT ...... but i cant get a refund.....
Terrible quality control and even worse service.......
has anyone else been in a similar situation as i want to know what happened
UPDATE: The service was terrible and i had to get back to them constantly with no material impact from their end
