I am writing to seek assistance with my Razer Blade Stealth 13 laptop, model number RZ09-03102W52, which I purchased in 2020. Despite performing a factory reset and ensuring that there is ample storage space available, I am experiencing significant performance issues. The laptop is running very slowly and struggles to handle basic tasks such as running Google Chrome. Additionally, the fan operates continuously, even though I have followed all recommended settings adjustments.
