Razer blade stealth 13 screen freezing/flickering

Hi,

I purchased a new blade 13 just before Christmas, and have had 2 issues with the display.

Once I opened zoom, and the screen went strange, and the bottom half was solid red. Restarted laptop, and it seemed ok since then until yesterday.

Yesterday, the laptop froze, so I had to restart. Once restarted, the display was flickering and I could see a ghost image of the windows that had previously been open when the screen crashed, and would not clear from the screen. With it constantly flickering.

Took a video -

Is this a driver problem, a screen problem, or a gpu problem?

I noticed another thread opened with similar problem, but no public feedback provided on a resolution.

Switched the laptop off, and turning it on today, it all appears to be normal again, although I am obviously concerned, as this a new laptop, and I want to know what the problem was, and if it was hardware do I need a replacement.

I am having the exact same issue, I need this solved ASAP. Haven’t seen any answers as to how to fix yet, just people saying they have the problem and getting roped into a PM with Razer support.
12th February, had this laptop for only 2 days and have encountered this twice now. I guess they'll reply to my PM (10,000th person to experience this i guess)

This is starting to happen to my Stealth brought Nov 2020. What is the fix for it?
For those who are still experiencing this, i recommend you download Intel's driver assisstant software to check whether the drivers for the laptop are out of date. That was the case for me, and upon installing an update which ended in the number .9463, i have not experienced my screen freeze once. Seems windows just doesn't recognise that the drivers installed previously were seriously outdated.
EDIT: I meant .9168, probably shouldn't use numbers from the top of my head!

Thanks so much for responding. I downloaded the intel assistant and my driver was out of date, lets hope this fixed the issue!!
