Razer Blade Stealth 2019 - Black Screen

Hi there, since the Razer Germany support teams seems to struggle atm - maybe someone else can help me fix a problem. My Screen randomly goes black, I tried everything Razer recommended to me so far but to no avail. Sometimes it works for a couple days, then the screen flickers and goes black. Background light is still on but no picture is displayed. After a few days it miraculously starts working again like before. Then it all repeats itself. Does anyone have had the same problem? I guess I have to send it in but I didn't get an answer from the support team for nearly 10 days now. Thanks!

    Hey there! Have you updated your laptop's BIOS and EC firmware? Have you recently install your laptop's available Windows update? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
