Razer Blade Stealth (2019) HEAVILY underperforming

GTX1650 Max-q, 16GB ram, i7-1065G7, gaming with power cable and high performance mode on.



Done all the relatively 'easy' checks like seeing if it's using the right GPU etc.



What the title states. I've tried both PUBG and CoD Warzone





  • in PUBG i get 40/50 FPS on the lowest possible settings.





  • in Warzone i get 40/50 FPS on the lowest possible settings, and I even have the render resolution set at 1344 x 756 (much lower than the screen supports).



I'm just looking for help :slightly_sad:



If the stealth isn't supposed to perform better, I'd be glad to know. Just saw tons of people that had way better FPS in these games with the same 2019 model.
Are the games running on the dedicated GPU? Make sure that they are by manually setting it per app. But at the same time, you can't expect much from the GTX1650 Max-Q if you're running triple-A games. Most of the people that are getting better results probably did some underclocking, undervolting, and what have you and are probably running on a much lower resolution. I will be moving this to the Systems forum. Maybe our laptop gurus can point you in the right direction.
