Hi, I recently purchase a razer blade stealth late 2020 with oled panel, the part number is: RZ09-03272E82-R3U1, however I cannot use the touch screen, I have tried to update windows, BIOS, firmware driver… But still no luck.
The question is if there is a version that use oled panel but does not support touch ability, because I have search on razer official web site that there is only 2 variants of this model, one is 120hz none touch and the other is 60hz oled touch screen.

I’d first check Windows device manager, if there’s no exclamation mark etc. (maybe there’s no driver for touchscreen or the driver is corrupted).
I have checked all the devices, found no touch screen driver, it seems that the machine comes with oled none touch panel.
+1And if you’ll expand Human Interface Devices?
