Razer Blade Stealth Not Charging after Windows Reset!? | Razer Insider

I’m looking for any guidance here! I have a razer blade stealth (RZ09-1962) that has completed stopped charging it’s battery after a windows 10 reset.



The things I have tried….





  • Replaced the battery. Thought cause of its age, it finally died. The new battery won’t charger either.





  • Replaced the charger and tried multiple different outlets without success…





  • Preformed another windows reset and tried a bootable windows jump drive created from my desktop.





  • Removed the battery totally and plugged in the charger. The computer runs fine without it’s battery. The computer can also run off the battery without the charger.





  • Downloaded every driver on razer website for my model.





  • Uninstalled the battery driver and let windows reinstall it.





I can’t figure out how to get my laptop to to charge its battery!?!?!? Any advice?
