Hello Razer Community, i was wondering if you could help me with a problem. I had my Razer Blade (Blade V5 1060 8gb VRAM 16gb RAM 1TB 6700HQ) lid down but did not realise that the screen was still on. When i tried eventually to shutdown and restart the computer gets stuck at the razer logo with the circle o dots underneath. It wont power on and stays static on that screen. The only way to turn it off is to hold the power for 5 seconds. I have already attempted resetting the computer, this happened successfully, but in the bootup it failed to start again. I was wondering is there anyway to fix this problem or should i just send it in to Razer. the warranty is still good, infact this is a replacement laptop from when my warranty covered another repair earlier of a broken screen.
