Razer Blade without battery, capped at 2.59Ghz CPU

Hi, I've recently sent my laptop for a battery replacement and after I've got it back, I've disconnected the battery and let the laptop run on power supply. I notice that the CPU is capped at 2.59Ghz. I've look at the advance power options and I don't see processor management allowing me to set the min and max processor, only system cooling.

    Why is the Task Manager showing that my CPU is only having 3 cores and 6 threads?

    I've reconnected the battery and it's still the same. 3 cores. It seems to be capped at 3 cores instead of the usual 6.
