Hi, I accidently melt some keycaps of my keyboard when using a hair dryer, is there anyway to get new ones?

    Do you mind sharing a photo of the melted keycaps? There are some DIY guides floating around, but if you're uncomfortable going that route, shoot me a PM so I can help you start a repair ticket.

      Ouch! I reached out to our Systems Team but was advised that we don't ship parts for our systems. Do shoot me a PM should you want to send it in for repair instead.

      Can you make one time exception? I mean I just need few keycaps, it's really not worthy to sent it over. And it's my only computer, I really need one for work.

      As much as I would like to help you out, my hands are tied. You may want to look into third-party keycap replacement options.
