My RB13 came in today (17th December 2021)

Turn it on and instantly gave me a bsod. Tried it again, then it gave me 5 " windows encountered an unexpected error, cannot proceed" error. I fixed that with old REGEDIT.



After that it al worked fine, with windows installed i could begin. Then downloading my first programs (chrome, discord, visual studio code,...) i got my second bsod, followed by 6 other ones in a course of 4 hours of having my new laptop.



-I confirm that I have updated the drivers using Intel Driver Support Assistant.

-I also confirm that I have checked the hardware status and everything is working fine.

-I also confirm that I have tried to disable hardware acceleration to mitigate the risk to have Blue Screen.



However, this still not working and still having blue screen of deaths.

since i haven't seen recent (similar) posts i bought it, but the problem is not solved at all.

please help me;

It's sad to hear about your newly purchased laptop's concern. Have you run the latest Windows and Synapse updates on your computer? If the laptop was purchased from a reseller and you are residing outside the US, please contact them first. Otherwise, send me a PM including the following:



a. MSinfo logs.

b. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”).



c. Synapse 3.0 logs

d. A photo of the BIOS main tab.

e. Windows event logs.
