Razer Book 13 Keyboard Firmware update error

Hi Guys, Hoping someone has a fix for this issue I'm having with my Razer Book 13. I recently formatted the whole machine and reinstalled Windows 11. I noticed the keyboards del key doesn't light up when selecting the FN key. I did some research and came across the firmware file on the razer site that fixes this. The issue is when ever I try and install the update I get the error attached. Error: Enter bootloader mode unsuccessful, please restart system and try again. Thank you for help :)

    Did you reinstall the laptop's operating system to its original state and then run Razer Book 13's firmware update from this article? Please check if the issue is not happening while using the native operating system of your unit before upgrading it to Windows 11.

    I did yes, I also reformatted the machine again and downloaded Windows 10 and installed it on the machine and tried the update and it failed again. Both Windows 10 and 11 fresh installs give me the same error when attempting the keyboard firmware update.
