Razer Book 13 Random Black screen

Hi, I purchased a book 13 a few months ago and I'm having this issue where whenever I game, my screen starts turning off then turning on again. I tried doing a fresh install of windows and updated all my drivers including intel and the ones included on the book 13 page and I'm still getting black screens. Suggestions?

      I'm having the same issue with dual monitors connected via a Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock. Periodically one of the screens will go blank and a few seconds come back. Then the other screen periodically will do the same. Sometimes both screens will go blank. I purchased a Razer Blade Stealth 13 a couple of months ago.

      Does this issue occur even without Synapse in the background? You can try pressing Ctrl + Shift + Windows + B to force Windows to update its graphics driver. You can also follow the steps on this page to isolate the issue further. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
