The wifi reception used to be very very good with my razer book 13. But now, it is very poor quality connection. I have to literally place the laptop right next to the wifi router for a good connection. If I get more than 10 feet away from the router it will barely work. No changes to my home wifi system. All other wifi devices and connections remain strong but not my book 13. Is it possible to repair or replace the wifi card?

Confirming, I am experiencing the same issue with my Razer Book 13 model RZ09-0357.

I’m not sure if it can be traced to a specific update, or software change, but one day, wifi reception became extraordinarily poor.

I am having the same issue.

In my case this problem was connected with the ribbon cable that goes through the screen hinge - it starts to break with age and will probably also eventually cause the screen backlight to fail. The wifi antenna actually sits in the bottom of the screen ( outside the metal case for better reception ) - there seem to be a couple of places selling replacements although they’re quite pricey. It’s probably possible to bodge it up if you’re handy with a soldering iron - I haven’t tried this personally as I just bought a cheap wifi dongle which works fine. A more serious issue is when the part of the ribbon that feeds the display starts to fail ( actually a separate ribbon although they are taped together with the wifi and webcam cables) . It seems that usually the backlight fails first. There doesn’t seem to be anyone selling these so if your wifi has failed it might be worth investigating the state of the ribbons and doing some preventative work to stop any further damage. Mine had torn where it entered the display - it was too late to do anything about it for me but it’s probably possible to reinforce the ribbons to prevent or at least postpone the failure if you catch it early enough. There’s a youtube video online of a guy fixing one but he’s a pro with pro equipment - definitely beyond the means of mere mortals.
