razer bpackshark v3 pro dongle dead for the second time

Christmas 2025 I purchased my white v3 pro for my ps5. In February the dongle stopped working. I turned my ps5 on and nothing. Contacted Amazon ordered a replacement.

My replacement has been fine until recently. While playing a game using my headset the power glitches due to a car accident. When the ps5 rebooted the dongle would not connect. Cable is still good (checked with other devices), port is still good (checked with other cables) head set still works if I connect directly to my controller.

Help Fixing or sending a replacement would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi bode80,

The power glitch caused by the car accident likely triggered a data corruption in the dongle's internal firmware memory or completely fried its internal chip via a power surge. Let’s do some specific steps you can take to figure out if it is soft-bricked or permanently dead. To break it down for you, PM me your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA).
