Razer Bundle Sound Code Damaged and Invalid serial during registration

I have just recently bought the Razer power Up Bundle V2 and tried to register for the surround sound using the provided activation code. Upon trying to scratch to the code, the code become damaged and mainly unreadable. I then tried to register the products on the website to encounter the error of item serial is unknown. Due to this being in a bundle is there a code for all the items I have to register or should each item be registered separately in the bundle?
