Razer Bungee Chroma V3 not working on Chroma Studio | Razer Insider

When I want to change the lighting, or an effect for my Razer devices (4 in all), the Bungee V3 doesn't show any change.



I tried to repair Synapse 3 and connect the device in different pc ports, but the problem does not go away, not even restarting the PC, or removing the device from the control panel.



The problem does not seems to exist, only when i use "quick effect" option.

I really don't know what the hell is happening, maybe it's a software problem? It seems a bug.



All started when i updated the software, and decided to modify some lighting.

Is anyone having this problem?
Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Have you tried unlinking all apps in your Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the issue persists? Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs, then perform a clean reinstallation. Let me know if it helps.
I tried both the options described, but nothing happened.

During the clean reinstallation, only the comand of the Windows System File Checker tool, "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" didn't work.



[Anyway, i didn't specified that the accessory do not displays any color in Chroma Studio. It is permanently like switched off.]



I can't insert the logs, cause the website says that the file is too large (9,91 Mb)

Thanks for the follow-up. Please include a short clip showing its chroma behavior too. Save the files via Google Drove or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I'll be locking this thread now. Let's continue from there.
