Razer Carcharias surround sound broken

After the windows update in March of 2021, the Razer Surround was broken, it is accompanies by heavy crackling as if the headset's speaker is broken. Upon turning off Razer Surround, the sound is fixed. This seems to be the SAME issue as that of Windows 2020 October update, but I did not experience it then. Are there any fixes to this issue on Razer's side? Because the very obscure fix so far, is that by running the emulator named "BlueStacks", it magically fixes the crackling, but it is a memory intense software that I do not wish to run every day. Noone on microsoft's end cares either.
