Because after moving to my new PC, synapse was not detecting my Naga trinity mouse, I installed the latest version of the razer software that I could find and after trying to login once, I am stuck on a "loading" screen

Were there any changes applied to your system before installing Razer Synapse and Central? Are you connected to a home network and using a personal computer? Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Also, ensure run all available Windows updates and install the latest Windows .NET Framework. Should the issue persists, send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 via PM.
