Razer Central + Synapse issues
Hi,
Emilian here - I bought one of your products, the Mamba Wireless, specifically.
Although the device itself is working as it should, the software is what I am having issues with.
I have no clue what happened, but this is the third time I am reinstalling Synapse (and Razer Central), as it fails to start. There are a couple of reasons I am using it for: seeing the battery status (I find it rudimentary that your device has no means of displaying battery life outside a big-ass software, btw) and installing the single chroma which I've configured, so my mouse stops going discoball on me.
Please let me know if there are any logs I can provide or anything else you would require of me. I have paid a premium price for a product, I expect premium service.
