Razer Chroma

I have been having chroma issues with my huntsman elite keyboard. It no longer changes lights upon opening a game that has a chroma profile such as overwatch, it also no longer works with the chroma visualizer. The regular light settings work and I can change them as I like but once a game or the visualizer is opened the keyboard will just maintain a solid color. The problem occurred a while ago then fixed itself but now the problem has returned. I have tried reinstalling synapse 3 a few times. Nothing has seemed to work
