Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller - no ARGB header

I'm trying to figure out how to connect RGB fans to my motherboard. My motherboard does not have a 5V ARGB header. I only have a 12V 4 Pin RGB connector. I only have 1 USB header that is already used for my front IO of the case. Does anyone know how to connect the RGB controller? Would some sort of USB header splitter be used? If yes, which splitter do I need?
