Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller not able to detect devices
I have connected 3 ports for 3 RGB devices. One of them always cannot be detected. However, by removing 1 port, the controller can detect all 2 devices. It also works fine by switching to any 2 devices out of the 3 devices. Once I connected to all 3 devices, then one of the devices will not be detected. When I click refresh button (Manual trigger detection), all 3 devices will flash green light, but one of them will not show up in Razer Synapse. Please advise.

kkl88888Please gather your computer's MSinfo and Synapse logs. Once done, please clean reinstall the app by following the steps here. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
