Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Hub Problems

I recently received my Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Hub (https://www.razer.com/ca-en/gaming-pc-accessories/Razer-Chroma-Addressable-RGB-Controller/RZ34-02140600-R3U1) and Phanteks Neon Combo Set of light strips (https://www.amazon.ca/Phanteks-Digital-RGB-Strip-Combo-PH-NELEDKT_CMBO/dp/B07XV5TT1F/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=phanteks+neon&qid=1609607691&sr=8-1) upon plugging the light strips into the hub I realized they do not make a secure connection, they still work if the connector is angled properly but come disconnected easily. Phanteks is on Razer's list of recommended manufacturers. I have tried all 6 ports on the hub and none have worked, my motherboard does not have an ARGB header so I can not try that. Help is much apprectiated.

    I've tried pushing it with lots of force, still doesn't go in properly.

    The chances of all ports having a loose fit are very slim. I'm leaning towards this being a connector issue. Although Phanteks is one of the recommended brands, it doesn't necessarily mean that all their products will work properly. We can only test what they send us.

    I am not the right person to ask as I have limited visibility over what projects the Devs are working on. You will want to send that as a feature request and read into Synapse updates from @RazerThe_Fiend.
