razer chroma chaging pad not working
I was using the wireless charging pad after purchasing it. I used the firmware update tool to update the firmware of the wireless charging pad. About 60% of the progress was forcibly stopped due to errors.And after that, the wireless charging function does not work normally.It was impossible to update again. It appears that the version has already been updated.
The chroma function operates normally.
I want to update new firmware or solve this problem

I wait for firmware rollback or next version update with previous version.Perhaps it will solve the problem...
I had an error during firmware update. I try again, but I am explained that the version has already been updated. So it can't be solved

hchlp90Have you tried connecting the Charging Pad Chroma to a different USB port or computer and reinstalled its firmware? Should the issue persists, please send me the Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
