Hi! I have a blackwidow chroma and it isn't connecting on the razer synapse software, ideas?

Hey there! Thanks for sharing your concern here. Is Razer Blackwidow Chroma your keyboard's exact model? Just to confirm, is your keyboard not detected on Razer Synapse? When did the issue start? Was there any software or hardware changes in your PC before the issue started? What's your Razer Synapse current version? Did you installed both Razer Synapse 2.0 and 3.0? What other Razer peripherals do you have in your setup?
