Razer chroma software issue

So i had gotten the lian li 011 dynamic razer edition back on 11/26/20 and since then i had been using the chroma software within the razer synapse 3 app, well yesterday for some reason i noticed that after restarting my pc that it was on rainbow. I also have the rgb phone charging pad that is also synced to the chroma app. After opening up synapse i went to chroma and clicked on the paint bucket and selected the color tried to highlight the case and nothing it just sets the color to my phone charger. I went back to devices and set case to basic colors and from there i can change the color but not the effects or anything. I made sure all of my software and components are up to date, uninstalled all razer apps, closed out all rgb apps for the other components i have then reinstalled the razer synapse software and restarted my pc. After it booted up i gave it a few mintues and then loaded synapse and still it isnt working to change colors or effects in chroma. I already contacted lian li and was advised to contact razer due to it potentially being a software issue, what do you all think??????

Yeah, this happened to my on my blackwidow elite. You just got to boot up Synapse 3 and then your colors will come back. If that dosen't work, then I don't know what will.

We are aware of the lighting issues, and we are already looking into it. With that said, I'd appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 along with your Synapse 3 logs. Please use this to collect the log files, then upload them on GDrive and send me a shareable link.
