Razer Chroma Thunderbolt 4 Dock - Constantly Disconnecting

I just got the Blade 15 base 2021 and the Thunderbolt 4 dock. The dock constantly disconnects and reconnects. I have reinstalled thunderbolt software and still same issue. I have reset TB software numerous times. Even as I type this, keyboard and mouse disconnected. What is going on? This is unusable.

I came here with exactly the same problem! Hoping someone will answer now :)

I did end up fixing it by doing a clean install of Windows 10. I installed, updated OS and then plugged in Dock, saying a prayer, and after 15 minutes of driver installs the problem has gone away. Maybe something was corrupted. It works now.
