Razer Chroma V2 won't light up.

Don't blame Synapse cause I gave up with that software and don't have it anymore. Keyboard still works. Lights don't work on any device. They went out when I was using Synapse, but I don't have that anymore and when I was trying to install Synapse (literally seriously trying) I installed it at some point, but then my keyboard wasn't recognised. I have tried installing Razer Synapse so much, it won't update and won't instsll properly anymore and comes up with an error. When I do install it though it will say that it don't work in that small window. Multiple problems here and about 24 hours of trying to fix everything. I have a mouse and the lighting still works on that btw. P.s One of the errors that came up I searched up and never found any information about it.

Happy to hear that! Locking this thread as resolved.

Someone else is helping me now and I don't want too many people around me so can we close this thread now?
Ok I tested it on my PC. I haven't done that yet and the lights came on, so I think I know what the problem is. When I was messing about with the Razer Chroma Visualizer I turned the keyboard lights off, but then after thst I deleted the software cause there was a problem with the Updating bit where it will say there is no Internet and sometimes glitches. I didn't think getting rid of chrome will keep the lights off and I thought the lights worked on my TV. I guess I am wrong about that. Should've tried it on my Xbox/PS4. I still need to get the chroma Modules cause my antivirus is blocking them and I guess Windows Safe mode can't install them. So I will get the extra parts and I will update you from there.

What Razer keyboard do you currently have and what error message did you get when installing Synapse? I'd appreciate it if you can put up a screenshot of the error message and how the keyboard appears in the Device manager.
