I am using razer cloud for a while. From this year I notice that profiles started to disappear or appear with strange names after updates. Basically, I lost faith in razer cloud. The biggest problem is that you can't recover cloud profiles. Every synapse update has a chance to delete profiles or mess up. I use your razer product for a couple of reasons: 1. Cloud sync 2. Razer Naga is wireless and has 20 buttons. 3. Convenient to use for programming (VBA, AutoLISP, Python) and other applications like AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, etc., and for gaming if I find the time. Thy your developer team can't make a basic local synchronization. Whenever I make changes it overwrites the file in the local disk. The export function is crap because I usually forget to export once I do changes. I am using dropbox so I can recover the file even if it was 10 years ago. Can you please make a more useful app for people who like to work productive? Regards
